Making Changes to the Details of the Pledgor's and the Pledgee's Customer Accounts of Pledged Securities and the Terms of the Pledge

To make changes to the details of the pledgee's customer account of the pledged securities and the terms of the pledge, the Registrar will be provided with:

  • An order to make changes to the pledgee's customer account of pledged securities and the terms of the pledge signed by the pledgee and the pledgor (including sealed by a legal entity) or their authorized representatives. An order to make changes to the details of the pledgee's customer account may only be signed by the pledgee subject to presentation to the Registrar of the pledgor's written consent to make such changes. If securities are pledged as collateral for liabilities on bonds, the pledgee's signature is not required.
  • A record confirming the payment of the Registrar's services.
