Providing Information from the Register
  • The Registrar will provide information from the registry upon request from registered persons in the form of:
    • reports (notifications) on transactions processed through customer accounts;
    • extracts from the registry;
    • reports (certificates) on transactions completed through customer accounts;
    • Other documents (information) from the register, including certificates of a certain number of securities held in a customer account.
  • To obtain information from the registry, the Registrar will be provided with:
    • An order to provide information from shareholders' register;
    • A record confirming the payment of the Registrar's services.
