Transaction of Withdrawing from/ Depositing to Accounts of a Nominee Holder/Trustee
- To complete a transaction of withdrawing from/ depositing to customer accounts of a nominal holder/trustee, the Registrar must be given an order to withdraw/deposit securities from/to customer accounts.
- From the date on which a customer account of a nominal holder is opened in a central depository, no securities may be deposited to customer accounts of nominal holders of other persons in the registry, except to the extent where securities are deposited due to conversion or placement of shares by way distribution among shareholders.
- A record confirming the payment of the Registrar's services.
