Withdrawal/Depositing of Securities from/to Customer Accounts by a Court Decision
- The following documents must be provided to the Registrar to enter records on the withdrawal and depositing of securities by a court decision:
- a copy of the court decision that has been enforced certified by the court, or
- a relevant writ;
- Documents required to open a customer account for a new holder unless an account has been opened before.
- An execution creditor or an enforcement officer may submit documents to the Registrar.
- A record confirming the payment of the Registrar's services.
